Dental workshop and storage fit out, including new partition and internal door on ground floor; dot and dab existing ground floor block walls, including 3nr cleaning areas/whiterock finish with multi point hot water provision, lighting and heating on ground and first floor; light industrial concrete paint floor finish and vinyl floor finish in disabled toilet.

Provided project management services for the delivery of a new office fit-out, comprising three dedicated office suites with mechanical ventilation. The project required a fast track programme to ensure that the clients were able to move in on the specified date. 

Martello Building Consultancy were appointed to provide CDM Coordinator services in partnership with architects Conker Conservation Ltd, Canterbury. 

The works were comprised of the refurbishment of an existing classroom within the farm complex of Brockhill Performing Arts College, which included re-cladding, re-roofing and internal works.

Provided cost and building consultancy for the construction of eleven new stylish homes for private sale. The project was a refurbishment of a historic building, dating back to 1313 and was most recently used as a care home. The scheme was also followed and televised by the popular BBC programme, Homes under the hammer.

The construction of 6 new homes, which achieved Code for Sustainable Homes level 4. The new homes were built with timber frame construction, designed to an air permeability rating of 3 m3/(h.m2).

Martello Building Consultancy undertook a robust survey on a number of empty homes, in the Thanet Area, for a future refurbishment programme. The surveys had to take into account Housing Quality Indicators, Eco Homes, and Building Regulations requirements. The survey reports also provided an indicative cost plan for the likely refurbishment costs.
