Andy Cruttenden


Andy joined Martello in April 2012. He has an ONC & HNC in building studies and Diploma’s in Management and Marketing. Andy is also a full member of the Chartered Institute of Building; a Chartered Manager and an Associate of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.

Andy's duties include, Business Management, Employer’s Agent, Contract Administration, Project Co-Ordination, CDM C and Cost Consultancy.

Paul Kegos


Paul Joined Martello in April 2013. He has an ONC & HNC in building studies. Paul is also a full member of the Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists.

Paul’s duties include, Business Management, Principal Designer & Architectural Technologist.

Helen Baber

Operations Manager

Helen Baber joined Martello in April 2013. She has a 2:1 Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting and Business from the University of Kent. Helen is the Operations Manager for the company and her duties include: Accounts; Marketing and Social Media; Administration and Business Management

Paul Simmons

Architectural Technician

Paul Joined Martello in February 2014. He has an ONC & HNC in Construction. Paul is also a Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists and working towards full membership.

Paul’s main role is as an Architectural Technician and his other roles include IT Technician.

Emma-Jane Coakley

Surveyor and Technician

Emma-Jane joined Martello in September 2014.  She has a 1st class degree in Building Surveying from the University of Westminster.  Emma-Jane’s duties involve Employer’s Agent, Project Co-Ordination and Surveying.

Tony Le Warne

Architectural Technician

Tony joined Martello in November 2015. He comes with a wealth of experience and previously worked for the award winning Guy Holloway Architects where he spent 10 years. Tony has a HNC in Building Studies and his main role is in the capacity of Architectural Technician.
